Before you launch
Create at least one organisation-level document for shared policy and one site-level document for local questions customers actually ask.
Make sure the site's public origin is on the messenger allowlist and the launcher text matches the brand using the widget.
- Load approved source material
- Add the production origin
- Check launcher copy and visibility
Handover readiness
Confirm a teammate can receive and answer handover conversations. Test that visitor details and the cited attempts appear in Inbox.
If no grounded answer exists, the safe launch condition is refusal plus human routing, not a broader model prompt.
