What Anchor Bot does

Anchor Bot is a branded assistant that answers from a document portal: your organisation library plus the current site's own library. It does not search the open web.

Every reply is grounded in pages, PDFs, videos, FAQ topics, or local documents you approved for that organisation and site.

Support flow

A visitor starts in the website messenger. Anchor retrieves matching passages, cites the evidence it used, and refuses when the library does not support an answer.

If the answer should come from a teammate, the same conversation moves to handover with visitor details, prior attempts, and page context attached.

This website as a library

The running app can ingest its own public origin so the assistant reads live marketing pages like the homepage, pricing, and docs routes.

The sample chat on this website is the same widget customers embed. It is connected to the Anchor website site library, not to every affiliate at once.

Use /docs for the public library view. Use the signed-in document portal when you want to add or manage private source material.
