Retrieval scope
Retrieval is scoped with the organisation id and either the current site id or organisation-level rows where site id is null.
Shared policy or product material belongs in the organisation library. Affiliate or brand-specific material belongs on that site only.
Site isolation
A visitor on one property does not receive another property's pages. Widgets never union every site into one public brain.
This is what keeps a multi-site rollout grounded even when several brands share the same back office.
